Fulfillment in i360 Pro

Follow

The Fulfillment feature in i360 Pro is designed to help merchants efficiently manage and fulfill orders received from various e-commerce integrations with retailcloud. This feature offers two primary methods for order fulfillment: Pick to Order and Batch Picking. Both methods utilize a picklist to streamline the picking and packing process.

Fulfillment Methods

Pick to Order

Pick to Order is a straightforward method where merchants fulfill one order at a time. This is ideal for smaller volumes or when precision is required for each individual order.

  • Steps to Fulfill Orders Using Pick to Order

    1. Select a specific order from the list of unfulfilled orders.
      Use filters such as:
  • Current Month
  • Previous Month
  • Current Day
  • Previous Day
  • Custom Date Range
  1. Choose the fulfillment location where the items for the order will be picked.
  2. The system generates a picklist containing all items required for the selected order.
  3. Navigate to the picking screen, follow the picklist instructions, and retrieve the items.
  4. Finalize the picking process and proceed to the packing and fulfillment stage.

Batch Picking

Batch Picking is an efficient method to fulfill multiple orders simultaneously. It is especially useful for high-volume operations or when fulfilling orders with overlapping inventory items.

  • Steps to Fulfill Orders Using Batch Picking:
    1. Select multiple unfulfilled orders from the order list.

retailcloud Picklist

The picklist is a critical feature that simplifies the picking process for runners. It provides clear instructions on what items need to be picked and where they are located. The picklist can be viewed and used in two formats:

  • The picklist state will sync with the system once the device is back online.

Order Fulfillment Workflow

After finalizing the picklist, proceed to the Picked Orders Screen to complete the fulfillment process.

    • Inventory shortages prevent fulfillment.
    • The merchant decides not to proceed with a specific order.
  • Removed orders return to the unfulfilled orders list.

Finalizing Fulfillment

  • After packing and marking orders as fulfilled, finalize the fulfillment job to save its state.
