SuiteSpot → Bookings
The Suite Booking Management feature allows operations managers to efficiently assign suites to multiple owners, create bookings for customers, and manage event reservations. This streamlined process ensures accurate suite assignments while providing a user-friendly experience.
- View all bookings in a grid displaying details such as:
- Booking ID
- Customer Name
- Suite Name
- Event Name
- Booking Date
- Status
- Delete bookings individually with the provided delete icon.
New Booking Creation
The “New Booking” button, located above the suite bookings grid, initiates the booking process. The process involves three main steps:
- Customer Selection: Choose the suite owner from a grid containing customer details like name, phone number, email, and company.

- Suite Selection: Select an available suite from a grid listing suite details, including name, venue, and level.
- Event Selection:
- Select by Event Type (e.g., Celebration, Party) with availability status (Available, Partially Booked, Booked).
- Select by Events (e.g., New Year Party, Birthday Celebration) with event details such as name, location, start and end times, and availability.

- After completing these steps, click “Finish and Add Booking” to finalize and save the booking. Availability Status:
- Available: Indicates the suite is open for booking.
- Partially Booked: Indicates the suite which is partially booked.
- Booked: Indicates the suite is reserved and cannot be booked again (default capacity set to 1).
