How can a merchant change the rc registered Email ID?


The email id provided by the merchant while setting up the account will be the registered email id for the Admin user of the business. We do not support the ability to change the System Admin password and if it has been done it can only be done by retailcloud. 
If they wish to change/edit the email 

  1. Ask the merchant to send a confirmation email from the registered email id to by providing the new email address.
  2. Once we receive the confirmation email, this will be processed by the internal support team
