Overview

This article will walk you through the features and functionalities of the FanVista Dashboard, focusing on the Home tab and the Transaction tab.

Home Tab

The Home tab is where you can access your unique QR Code associated with promotions. This QR Code is dynamically refreshed at specific intervals to prevent unauthorized duplication.

Displaying Unique QR Code

  • The Home tab displays a unique QR Code associated with the Promotion.
  • Customers can access this tab within the app to view their unique QR code.
  • The QR code dynamically refreshes at specific intervals (30-second refresh) to prevent unauthorized duplication.

QR Code Scanning

  • The Point of Sale (POS) system can scan the QR code presented by the customer to uniquely identify them.
  • This allows the system to fetch promotions designated for that specific customer group.

Game Day Recognition

  • On game days, the app identifies the customer’s preferred customer group from their profile.
  • Based on the customer groups, the app identifies exclusive offers, discounts, or promotions for the customer.

Auto Tagging Customers

  • When a customer registers with their email or phone, first name, and last name, the system automatically checks if there is an existing designated group that matches this information (e.g., Season Ticket Holder - STH).
  • If a match is found based on the defined rules, the customer will be automatically tagged to the corresponding designated group (e.g., STH group).
  • Before auto-tagging a customer, the system checks if the customer's information already exists in the database.
  • If an existing customer profile is found with the same email or phone number and matching first and last name, the new registration will be connected to the existing profile, ensuring data consistency.
  • If a matching customer profile is found, the new registration will be linked to the existing profile, and auto-tagging will be applied accordingly.

Customer Profile

  • Customers can update their profile and demographic information easily from the Account Settings page.

Viewing Customer Profiles

  • Inside the app, customers navigate to the profile or account settings section.
  • The app displays the current profile and demographic information.
  • Customers can make changes to the information they want to update, such as name, email, address, etc.
  • The app validates the changes and updates the customer's profile and demographic information accordingly.

Syncing Customer Information

  • The app syncs customer data and demographic information from the CRM database.
  • This provides a seamless experience for users as their profiles are automatically populated with the latest information.

Transaction Tab

The Transaction tab is where you can access your transaction history, view detailed transaction information, and even rate your transactions for an enhanced user experience.

Transaction History

  • Accessing Your Transactions: Upon entering the Transaction tab, you'll be presented with a list of your past transactions. Each transaction is represented by a card displaying essential information.
    • Transaction Date: The date on which the transaction was made is prominently displayed at the top of each transaction card, providing a chronological view of your activity.
    • Transaction Amount: The amount of each transaction is clearly indicated, helping you keep track of your spending.
    • Transaction Number: A unique transaction number is associated with each purchase, making it easy to reference for inquiries or issues.
    • Store Name: You'll also see the name of the store where the transaction was completed, helping you identify where each purchase took place.

Rating Transactions

One of the exciting features of the Transaction tab is the ability to rate each transaction. Here's how it works:

  • Five-Star Ratings: Next to each transaction, you'll find a set of five-star ratings. Click on the stars to assign a rating to your transaction, with five stars indicating the highest satisfaction level.
  • Feedback and Improvement: By rating your transactions, you provide valuable feedback to the business and help them improve their services. It's a way to express your satisfaction or suggest areas for enhancement.
  • Real-Time Impact: Your ratings matter. They contribute to the overall evaluation of the store's performance and can influence future promotions and services.

Transaction Detail Page

Clicking on a specific transaction will take you to the transaction detail page, where you can access a digital transaction receipt with a wealth of information.

Transaction Receipt Details:

  • Items Purchased: The receipt will list all the items you purchased during the transaction.
  • Quantity of Items: It provides the quantity of each item purchased.
  • Subtotal: The subtotal represents the total cost of your items before taxes, fees, discounts, and tips.
  • Tax: The amount of tax applied to your transaction is clearly displayed.
  • Discount: Any discounts applied to your transaction are itemized for transparency.
  • Fees: Additional fees, if applicable, are listed separately.
  • Tips: You can see the amount of tips included in the transaction.
  • Payment Mode: The payment method you used for the transaction is indicated.
  • Scannable Barcode: At the top of the receipt, you'll find a barcode. This barcode can be used at the POS for various purposes, including returns, verifications, or simply to retrieve transaction details.
