Follow

If you are striving to provide quality service it is best to have all the API calls saved in a REST client so that you can easily test them when one of these error messages occurs. Create projects for the Play Server as well as one for each API Production Server.
You should also have access to review the logs for each API server. This allows you to identify the root cause even more rapidly.
"When troubleshooting each action should eliminate possibilities, to this end you can parallelly have the merchant" perform relevant tests while you are doing your checks.
