Customize to Order (CTO)

With this add-on feature, 6IX POS allows users to customize products/orders on the basis of customer needs. You can also charge some extra amount as per product customization.

Setting up CTO

If you wish to add customization to a product, create the product with Item Type as 'CTO'. Currently, all other configurations are done internally. Please contact support@retailcloud.com if you wish to set this up.

How to Customize an Order?

Every product created as a CTO item will have a "C" On the Item.

Simply click on the item, and a popup message will appear asking for customization confirmation. 

Click Yes to continue.

Enter the Customer Details (Customer Name, Country Code with Phone Number) & Shipping Details.

Note: Name & Phone number are mandatory fields.

Choose the customization options available (Player Name and Number, Captain, Vice Captain, Sponsors, Logos, and others)and click "Add To Cart"

Custom orders can be created, by selecting the + Create Custom button under Player Name.

Merchants can configure restricted jersey numbers, profanity and blacklisted words directly from the console.

A CTO item can be modified by simply clicking on the cart items and selecting Edit CTO Item.

Choose a Tender and proceed to checkout.
