Tip Adjustment

Retail businesses that accept tips can now collect the tips on the POS system.The tip is only available on credit & debit card transactions so if you try to enter a transaction number that is not a credit/debit card transaction, it will not be allowed. Tip Adjustment allows the merchant to adjust tips for transactions.

1. Navigate to the menu and under the Payment Processing section, click→ ‘ Tip Adjustment ‘.

2. Enter the Transaction No, Transaction Amount, Tip Amount.

3. Click ‘ Adjust ‘.
