Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings
Listings tab contains reports on Hierarchy ID, Inventory ID, Transaction ID, Employee List, Merchant List and Customer Group List.
Hierarchy ID
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID
User can generate a hierarchy ID list report. User selects the type (Venue, Warehouse, Store, Zone, Register, Employee) and clicks generate or download CSV file. The generated report lists the venues/warehouses/stores/etc. by ID numbers in ascending order. For example, user can view the store and see the name of the manager and see what price book that they are using.

Employee ID List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID
This report list all employees in the merchants domain. It breaks up the employee's information by ID, Name, Role, Employee ID, Status, company code, and date of PW expiration. This would be a good report to check periodically to make sure the merchant is prepared to change the Employee's password.

Register ID List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID
The Register ID report shows the Register information on the ID, Name, Venue, and Store.

Store ID List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID
User can find this report under Hierarchy listings and generate the report filtered with Store. Information on the stores (ID,Name,Venue, price book, and Default tax) can be found in the report. Lets say the merchant wanted to make sure their stores were using the right price book. The Merchant can go to this report and quickly see what store is using the right price book.

Venue ID List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID
User can find this report under Hierarchy listings and generate the report filtered with Venue. Information on the venues(ID,Name,Manager, price book, and Default tax) can be found in the report.
ID: ID number for the Venue
Name: Name of the Venue
Manager: The name of the Venues manager
Price book: The name of the price book attached to the venue (if any).
Override Default Tax Rate: If the venue is setup to have a different tax rate.
Warehouse ID List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Hierarchy ID
This report show the ware houses connected with the merchant. Name of the warehouse and ID are shown in this report.

Zone ID list report shows the different zone (districts) ID, name, venue, store, and managers of each.

Inventory ID
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
User can download an inventory ID list report. User selects the type ( Department , Category , Subcategory , Item , Packaged Item , Measurement Unit, Price List, Vendor , Color , Size , Style , Season , Brand or Bin Location) and click generate. The generated report lists the searched type by ID numbers in ascending order for use when using the import data function. You can then download the CSV file.

Use this report to find out the information of your bin locations.
ID: The ID number of your Bin Location
Bin Location: The name of your Bin Location
Store/Warehouse: The name of the Store/Warehouse that the Bin Location is in.
Brand List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
Use this report to get a list of Brands
ID: ID number for the brand
Name: Name of the brand
Category List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
Use this list to find out the ID number and Name of your Categories
ID: The ID number of the Category
Name: The name of the Category
Color List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
Use this Report to find out the information for your colors.
ID: The ID number of the color

Department List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
Use this report to get the ID number of your Departments.
ID: The ID number of the department
Name: The name of the department
Item List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
Item listing provides details of all items (Store, Packages, Prepaid, Service) found in the master items table. It shows items details that have been entered. Since this shows all items in the table it doesn't take into account inventory or for which location. It does show the item id, UPC, logical name, classifications, and attributes when applied. The logical names will report as opposed to the id. The Download CSV has also been expanded to show the extended classifications and attributes.
User who are looking for a list of the items and where they have been assigned can generate this report to review and decide either to modify items. It is a full report that can give you insight into what has been created so far and the paths for those items. New users who are using the mInventory App, master item, or import can run this report to see what has been added so far if there is any question as to where they left off.
When needing a editable version user can download the CSV file which can be opened in any spreadsheet reader or notepad. The CSV will include all data that is being reported.

Cost Price: Cost of the item
Selling Price: Price that item is being sold for
Department: Department of the Item

Measurement Unit List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
Use this report to find out the information of measurement unit.
ID : The ID number of the measurement.
Description : The description of the measurement unit.
Packaged Item List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Inventory ID
The package item report provides the user with basic information on all packages which are currently active.
ItemID : The ID of the Item
UPC : The UPC of the Item
Name : Name of the item
Cost Price : Cost of the packaged item
Selling Price : Selling price of the item
Department : Department of the Item
Category : Category of Item
Sub Category : Sub Category of the item

The Vendor ID Report provides basic information regarding the vendors, such as Vendor Code which is what is entered on the item import for Supplier) and email address (which can be useful for contacting your vendors with changes you may have, changing physical address or other correspondence affecting all or some of your vendors).

Transaction ID
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
This report category allows the user to select the specific transaction related report they need, from the drop down selection. The user selects which type of transaction they wish to lookup (tax , discount , coupon ,prepaid settings, royalty or price book ) then clicks on "Generate." The report can also be obtained as a csv file so data can be used for other needs.
Listing provide basic information which is useful for creating import files and getting a general summary of the transaction type, such as reviewing tax types which have previously been created.
Coupon List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
Listing provide basic information which is useful for creating import files and getting a general summary of the transaction type, such as reviewing Coupon start and end times and the frequencies in which they repeat.
Id: The ID number of the coupon
Name: The name of the coupon
Type: The type of coupon
Amount: the amount of the coupon
Repeat Frequency: The frequency that the coupon repeats
Start Date: The day the coupon starts on.
End Date: The day the coupon ends on.
End time: The time the coupon ends.
Discount List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
Listing provide basic information which is useful for creating import files and getting a general summary of the transaction type, such as reviewing Discount start and end times and their discount rates.
ID : ID number of the discount
Name : Name of the Discount
Discount Type : Type of the discount
Rate : Amount discounted or added onto the transaction
Start Date : Day discount begins
End Date : Day discount ends
Prepaid Settings List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
Listing provide basic information on prepaid settings such as prepaid id, name, minimum percentage, minimum fixed amount, layaway fee, cancellation fee, cancellation fee type,status.
ID : The ID number for the Prepaid Settings
Name : The name of the prepaid settings
Minimum Percentage : The minimum percentage of the sale or fixed amount of the initial deposit or whichever one is higher option
Minimum Fixed Amount : The minimum fixed amount of prepaid setting
Layaway Fee : Layaway fee to be charged for the transaction
Cancellation Fee : The penalties for cancellation, this would also be calculated out on canceled transactions. This can be in the form of a fixed amount and/or %.
Cancellation Fee Type : The layaway cancellation fee type of prepaid setting
Status : The Status of the prepaid settings/ program (Active appears on payment screen and report option, Inactive appears on report dropdown but not payment screen)
Price Book List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
Listing provide basic information which is useful for creating import files and getting a general summary of the transaction type, such as reviewing Price book name and status.
ID : The ID number for the price book
Name : The name of the price book
Status : The Status of the price book
Royalty List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
Listing provide basic information which is useful for creating import files and getting a general summary of the transaction type, such as reviewing Royalty name and percentage.
ID : ID number of the royalty
Name : Name of the royalty
Percent : Percent given as royalty
Tax List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Transaction ID
Listing provide basic information which is useful for creating import files and getting a general summary of the transaction type, such as reviewing tax types and ID numbers.
ID: ID number for the Tax
Name: Name of the Tax
Tax Type 1 (%): The percentage of the first tax
Apply Tax 1 Over $: The dollar amount that the item must be over to apply this tax code
Tax Type 2 (%): The percentage of the second tax
Apply Tax 2 Over $: The dollar amount that the item must be over to apply this tax code
Compounded: If this tax rate is compounded or not.
Employee List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Employee List
User can download an employee list report. User selects the type (Permanent, Temporary or Both) and status (Logged In or Logged Out to the system) and either generates a report or downloads a CSV file. The generated report provides the Employee ID, Name, Type, Time of log in, and Register used.

Merchant List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Merchant List
User chooses the status of the merchant (Active, Inactive or Both) and clicks generate. Information on each merchant in the chosen category will appear, including merchant ID, name, status, venue count, store count and register count.

Customer Group List
Go to CAS --> Reports --> Listings --> Customer Group List
This report displays every customer group the user has created and divides them into Static Group or Frequency Based Group. Information is given on each group, including group ID, group description, and whether the group is VIP status or not.
