Overview

There is now a way to Sync your data from POS to the CAS instead of only syncing the POS from CAS

Now you have the option of Sending data to CAS or Getting data from CAS.

You have the option of either syncing Master Table or Transactional Data

NoteSyncing your transactional data can be very dangerous because you can potentially lose all your transaction data. So we recommend that you contact support before you try Syncing your Transactional Data.

Syncing data does not UPDATE existing data, it only inserts NEW data, such as a brand new item that does not exist on your POS. The workaround for this, to get updated item information like Cost Price or other details, is to change the name of the Item on CAS and all UPDATED information will push to the POS system for that item.

Error Messages - POS

This section lists all error messages received while using the POS. Click on the message to obtain a definition of the error and possible corrections to be made.

Credit Card Transactions: Error 103 This transaction cannot be accepted.
