Sales By Receipts Report

Sales by Receipts Report provide you with details of transactions completed over a specified range of dates or transaction numbers. Use this report to view details of specific transactions, download receipts, and export completed sales and returns to a spreadsheet.

Navigate to the sidebar, Reports Sales Report Sales By Receipts Report

To view or print the transaction receipt, just click on the transaction receipt (blue highlighted).

The generated report displays the following columns :

Store: The store in which the sales transactions are reported

Register: The register in which the sales transactions are reported

Event: Attach or update an event for any transactions from here to maintain complete and organized event data for reconciliation & reporting. Each row of the event field is displayed as a clickable hyperlink.

Click on "Select Event" to link a transaction that is not linked to an event, which on clicking will open a "Select an Event" pop-up.

Inside the pop-up, you’ll find filters to help you locate the correct event:

  • Date Range (based on Event Start/End)
  • Venue (dropdown)
  • Event Status (Open/Closed)
  • Search and Reset buttons

Note: No events are loaded initially—you must click Search to view event results.

When events are found, they’re listed in a table with:

  • Event ID
  • Event Code
  • Name
  • Location
  • Venue
  • Start Date
  • End Date

Each row includes a radio button to select the event you'd like to assign.

Audit Logs: All changes are tracked & logged to ensure accountability.

Date: The date & time at which the sales transactions are reported

Transaction #: Sales transaction number

Cashier: Employee/user who did the sales transaction

Customer: Customer attached to the transaction

Units Sold: Number of items sold

Payment Mode: Payment mode for the transaction(cash/credit/debit, etc)

Total Sales: Total transaction amount

Transaction Type: Type of transaction(Sale/Refund/Exchange)

Comments: Transactional level comments 

Printing Reports

Users have the option to print reports on Console, 

  1. Navigate to Reports and select the report
  2. Select the Date Range that you wish to get the report for.

  3. Select filters that are necessary for your report. 

    Note: Default Settings will create a Report with all the necessary information, but if you want a more detailed report, add or remove filters. 

  4. Navigate to the Screenshot_2023-01-21_at_5.00.44_PM.pngPrint button on the top right corner of the screen, clicking on the button will show a popup window to choose the printing options.
  5. Make your selection and hit Print

Click Save.
