Go to Settings → General Settings → Company
This section is for updating information that will apply to the overall company (it applies to all venues and stores). It includes information such as the Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Website, Currency, Time Zone, Tax Rate, App Type, OnTour Mode, Entitlement Level, Activate Two Factor Authentication and logo to display on the POS Register screens with Operation Time.
For Merchants with multiple locations, this should be the corporate office or main store.
Company Name & Address
The company name entered here will appear on all reports and email communications that are generated from the backend. The maximum length of the fields is 50 characters, and information beyond that will be truncated.
It's important to note that this data is typically pre-filled if provided during the account creation process, ensuring consistency across generated communications. Merchants can make updates to the fields as necessary.
Currency
To customize your currency, select your currency from the drop-down. This will be used for the enterprise - all entities must use the same currency, it cannot vary by venue or store locations.
For locations that are outside of the US, the user can select the currency. Currencies that are integrated with the system are US Dollar-USD, Canadian Dollar-CAD, British Pound- GBP, Euro-EUR, etc.
If you require a different currency for your stores, please contact support@retailcloud.com for custom settings. Please note that some upgrade levels will include the custom settings at no additional cost.
Time Zones
Select your Time Zone from the drop-down. This will be the time zone that your Console reports will display. If you require a different time zone, please contact the support department at retailcloud for custom settings.
Tax Type (Rate)
This represents the tax rate initially entered during account creation. Users can make updates to this field as necessary.
App Type
Select the app type you will be using for all venues and registers.

OnTour Mode
A radio button for configuring OnTour Mode, allowing users to select between Arena or Artist mode. This setting provides flexibility to tailor the experience at either the arena or artist level.
Entitlement Level
This refers to the merchant-level setup allowing the utilization of venue-level entitlements instead of the existing store-level entitlements.
By default, if entitlements are enabled, the system opts for store-level entitlements. However, choosing Venue Level entitlements signifies that item, user, and promotion entitlements will solely consider those specifically applied to the venue. This setting restricts the scope to only the entitlements associated directly with the selected venue, disregarding store-level settings.
Note: Merchants can now configure entitlements at the venue level with a new "Entitlement Level" flag. Easily toggling between store and venue options, this streamlines configuration for specific business needs without affecting Shopify location-level entitlements.
Logo
This allows you to display a logo on your Reports (pdf) and on the POS Register screens.
Size Requirements: Maximum file size: 1MB, Pixels: Maximum 110 by 110 pixels and should be in JPG file format.
Operation Time
The Operation Time allows the set up of the business operational hours. This represents the working hours of the business. Default values are set from 12:00 am to 11:59:59 by default.
