Setting customer rules will help you create targeted SMS marketing campaigns by segmenting customers based on their unique actions.
In this article, you will learn how to create rules that group and adds customers who correspond to specific customer behavior.
Getting Started
From the SMS Marketing page, select Rules.--> Create Rule.
Enter a unique name for the Rule
Establish rules by selecting options from the dropdown menu, employing OR/AND operators to combine various conditions like classifications and attributes. Notably, you can now include item name and product name as part of the classifications for a more versatile rule creation process.
For Example:
Condition #1: Choose the type Classification--> Choose the classification: Department -> Choose a condition: Total Purchased Amount -->is Greater then Enter the amount: 69.99
AND
Condition #2: Choose the type Frequently purchased--> Choose the Classification or Attribute Type: Attribute-> Choose the classification or attribute: Brand--> Choose a condition: Days From Last Purchase -->is Equal To Enter the amount: 30
Click on Create to save your rule.
Your rule has now been created.
This will group customers who have spent a sum equal to, less than, or greater than the one you set.
Note: Now users can make Customer Rules, active or inactive based on their preference.
