Go to Reports → Sales Report → Sales By Team App
The "Sales by Team App" report provides a summary of sales and sales details associated with Team App (Breakaway). Filters are available to hone in on specific information and date ranges.
The report includes the following fields:
- Order #: A unique identifier for each order placed.
- Event: To view all event details, including the start and end dates, and location, ensuring full visibility of transaction data linked to specific events.
- Total Sales: The total amount of sales generated by each order.
- Item Count: The number of items included in each order.
- Receipt #: A reference number or identifier for the receipt associated with the order.
- Order Source: The source or channel through which the order was received (e.g., online, mobile app, in-store).
- Order Date & Time: The date and time when the order was placed.
- Customer Name: The name of the customer who placed the order.
- Shipping Address: The address to which the order will be shipped.
- Location Type: The location type associated with the order. (e.g., Store)
- Location: The specific location where the order originated or where it will be delivered.(store Name)
- Register ID: The unique identifier of the register or point of sale used to process the order.
- External Order Ref: Any external reference or identifier associated with the order (if applicable).
- Order Status: The current status of the order (e.g., Ready, Delivered, Canceled).
- Payment Status: The status of payment for the order (e.g., Paid, Unpaid).
- Comments: Any additional comments or notes related to the order.
- Metadata: Additional information or data related to the order or its processing.(e.g., Pickup Time, Delivery Method, Pickup Location)
This report allows you to analyze sales performance and track specific details for each order within your Team Apps, providing valuable insights for monitoring and improving your sales processes.
Criteria Selections for Sales By Team App
Make entries in the following fields to determine report output:

Start Date: Enter the starting date you want to include in the report.

End Date: Enter the ending date you want to include in the report
Note:
The Start Date and End Date fields can be left empty if you select a relative date option (Current Day, Previous Day, Current Month, Previous Month)
Filter your Reports
You can filter reports to narrow down the information that is shown by default. For example, you can add a filter to show only sales for a specific Location, Order Status, Payment status, etc.
You can also add or remove columns in your reports. Any filters or edits that you apply are temporary.

Open a report.

Click Filters.

Select a Column

From the drop-down list, select the operator Contains, Not Contains, Equals, Not Equals, Starts With & Ends With.

In the filter box, type any value that you want to filter by.
If you want to filter Location by a value that is "Location 1", and/or "Location 2" then select the operator Contains Location 1 AND/OR Contains Location 2
Printing Reports
Users have the option to print reports on Console,
- Navigate to Reports and select the report

Select the Date Range that you wish to get the report for.

Select filters that are necessary for your report.
Note: Default Settings will create a Report with all the necessary information, but if you want a more detailed report, add or remove filters.
- Navigate to the Print button on the top right corner of the screen, clicking on the button will show a popup window to choose the printing options.
- Make your selection and hit Print
