Go to Reports --> Custom Reports
The Inventory On Hand Report is a custom report that provides inventory balance by store/location as well as views item properties such as price levels, location types, categories, etc.
The console provides the ability to export the report data to a flat file on your local file system. The export function currently supports the CSV file format, which presents the report data as fields separated by commas (,).
Exporting the Report
Click on the report and enter the email address (export link will be sent to this mailing address) →Export.
Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and you can download the file.
The report includes the following fields:
- Department: The department or category to which the product belongs.
- UPC: The Universal Product Code, a unique identifier for the product.
- Product ID: The Product ID for the product.
- Description: A brief description or name of the product.
- Sub Category: Further classification of the product within its department.
- Color: The color of the product, if applicable.
- Size: The size or dimensions of the product, if applicable.
- Style: The style of the product.
- Season: The season for which the product is intended or suitable.
- Brand: The brand or manufacturer of the product.
- Supplier: The supplier or vendor from whom the product was sourced.
- Sub Inventory: Any additional inventory subcategories or subdivisions, if applicable.
- Intransit Qty: The quantity of the product currently in transit or en route to the warehouse or store.
- Total Qty: The total quantity of the product available in the warehouse or store.
- Unit Cost: The cost per unit of the product.
- Cost Value: The total value of the product inventory based on unit cost.
- Retail Price: The selling price of the product to customers.
- Retail Value: The total value of the product inventory based on retail price.
- Warehouse: The specific warehouse location where the product is stored.
- Store: The store where the product is available for sale.
- Unit of Measure: The unit of measurement used for the product's quantity (e.g., pieces, units, pounds).
This report helps businesses monitor their stock levels, identify popular or slow-moving products, manage inventory distribution across warehouses and stores, and make informed decisions regarding purchasing, restocking, and pricing strategies.
