Gift Card Redemptions Report

Go to Reports --> Custom Reports

The Gift Card Redemptions Report is a custom report that provides a summary of gift card transactions and redemption details.

The console provides the ability to download the report data to a flat file on your local file system. This function currently supports the CSV file format, which presents the report data as fields separated by commas (,).

Downloading the Report

Click on the report and the date range, and you can download the whole report in a CSV.

Note: Currently, you can only generate reports for up to 100 days. 

The report includes the following fields:

• Gift Card: The unique identifier or code assigned to the gift card.
• Transaction #: The transaction number associated with the specific transaction involving the gift card.
• Venue: The venue where the gift card was used for redemption.
• Store: The specific store within the venue where the gift card was redeemed.
• Transaction Date: The date on which the gift card transaction took place.
• Redeemed Amount: The monetary value or amount that was redeemed from the gift card during the transaction.

This report provides a snapshot of the gift card activity, allowing for easy tracking and analysis of gift card usage and redemptions.
