About Avalara

Avalara is a company that provides cloud-based tax compliance solutions for businesses. They offer a range of products and services to help businesses automate and manage their tax compliance processes.

Avalara's main offering is its tax automation software, which helps businesses calculate, track, and file sales tax, VAT (value-added tax), and other indirect taxes. The software integrates with various accounting, e-commerce, and point-of-sale systems to automatically apply the correct tax rates and rules to transactions.

Manage your Avalara account and initiate Manual Sync for Avalara for the merchants who have already connected.

Note: Currently we do not have the option to Pair/Disconnect an Avalara account through the UI.

Navigate to Settings --> Integration --> Avalara

Sync Taxes to retailcloud: Allows for instant taxes synchronization. 

Sync Items to retailcloud: Allows for instant items synchronization. 

Sync Transactions to Avalara: This allows you to manually sync the transactions to Avalara.

Tax Rates Report

Introducing a feature for merchants with Avalara Integration to download a CSV report of their six tax rates via the Avalara Integration. A dedicated button grants access to this functionality, with visibility managed by permissions. The report will comprehensively present all tax rates and associated details in a structured format.
