Enabling customer enrollment through QR code scanning at ZeroPOS offers several benefits, including a seamless customer experience, improved data accuracy, and enhanced marketing campaign effectiveness.
This allows users to enroll customers in marketing campaigns or loyalty programs by scanning QR codes using the CDS (Customer Display Screen). This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature effectively.
Before using the feature, ensure that the following CDS configurations are done:
Go to Menu (navigation bar) → Configuration → CDS → Resting Screen → Promotional QR.
Make sure you set the Customer Display 'Promotional QR' by clicking the button 'Set To Customer Display'.
This allows you to generate and display a QR code on the customer display screen.
There is the option to hide the QRC from the CDS by toggling the 'Hide Promotional QR' button as well.
Customers can scan the QR code with their mobile devices to sign up and access promotional offers, discounts, or additional information.
Once the QR code is successfully scanned, the application will display the marketing enrollment page.
- On the enrollment page, provide the required details, such as your name, email address, phone number, etc.
- Tap on the "JOIN NOW" button to complete the marketing enrollment process.
- A confirmation message will be displayed upon successful enrollment.
