Multi-Account Support for Venuetize Integration Across Stores
Multi-account support for Venuetize will allow you to connect individual Venuetize accounts to each store.
Here’s how it works:
- When you click on “Venuetize” under the Integrations section, you’ll be taken directly to a grid displaying all the stores already connected to Venuetize accounts.
- To connect a new store, simply click the “Add Account” button. This allows you to associate a Venuetize account with a store of your choice.
- Once a store is connected to a Venuetize account, it will no longer appear in the dropdown list when adding a new account. Each store can only have one Venuetize setup attached to it.
This feature ensures a streamlined and organized integration process for managing multiple stores with Venuetize accounts.
Venuetize Item Level Discount Mapping
The Item Level Discount Mapping feature allows merchants to map Venuetize loyalty discounts to specific products or items within retailcloud. This gives merchants greater control over which products qualify for loyalty promotions and ensures discounts are applied accurately at checkout.
For example, a promotion such as "25% Off Jerseys" can be mapped to an entire product group, allowing all jersey variants to automatically qualify for the discount without requiring individual item mappings.
Once configured, eligible discounts are presented to cashiers during the loyalty checkout process, where they can be applied based on the customer's available discount usages.
Selecting Item Level Discount Mapping option opens the discount mapping screen where merchants can configure discount-to-item relationships.
Merchants can map Venuetize discounts using two mapping types:
Product Mapping
Maps a discount to a Product ID.
When a Product ID is selected, all items associated with that Product ID automatically qualify for the discount.
Example: Mapping a discount to Product ID "JERSEY" automatically applies to all jersey sizes and color variants.
Item Mapping
Maps a discount to specific Item IDs.
Only the selected items will qualify for the discount.
Multiple Mapping per Discount: A single discount can contain both Product-level mappings & Item-level mappings.
Importing Discount Mappings
For merchants managing large numbers of discount mappings, retailcloud provides a bulk import option.
From this screen, users can:
- Download the sample template
- Populate discount mappings in Excel/CSV format
- Upload mappings directly
Required fields are: Loyalty Provider, Discount ID, Discount Name, Mapping Type, Mapping ID
