Givex Wallet Integration on ZeroPOS

retailcloud system is now integrated with Givex Payments. You can securely process transactions in real time on retailcloud POS.

Now you can pay via Givex wallets at the POS end using our ZeroPOS application.

Getting Started

Configurations on POS

1. Login to POS
2. Click on the menu icon from the home screen, Configuration→ Payment→ Settings.
3. Navigate to Givex and check the Accept Type box to start accepting Givex payments

Sales Transaction using Givex

1. Go to the Transactions tab and add items to the cart.
2. Navigate to the tender bar and select the Givex Tender Button.
3. Enter the Givex Card Number and Security Number (Optional)
4. Once processed it will fetch the member details and Promotions if any.
5. Proceed with Submit Payment and finish the sale.

Refund Transaction using Fortress

Processing a refund with Verified Refunds Enabled:

1. On the sales transaction screen, Press the RETURN button at the top of the screen.
2. A window will appear with a list of sales transactions and an option to scan the receipts.
3. Scan the barcode on the bottom of the receipt, into the box that says ‘Scan Receipt Now’. If a receipt is not present, you can enter the transaction # (2016/X/X/XXX) in the search field.
4. The transaction # may also be available from the list if sold at the same store.
5. A transaction number is required to process a refund.
6. Once the transaction # is chosen, select the option Refund.
7. A pop-up will appear with details of the transaction and options to proceed with the return.
8. If you want to return all items in the cart, click on the RETURN ALL ITEMS button. All items from the receipt are placed in the cart to return (you can delete any from the cart that is not being returned)
9. If not returning all items, you have the option to pick specific items from the original transaction and add them to the cart as needed.
10. Click on the RETURN button, confirm, and submit payment to complete the return.
11. Completing the return by entering the Givex Card number and Submit Payment
