System Reports

The System Reports within ZerPOS Configuration allow users to access and review comprehensive system information. It offers a detailed overview categorized under various tabs, providing essential insights into the system's operational aspects. This guide aims to walk you through the functionalities available under the System Reports feature.

To access System Reports:

  1. Navigate to Configuration.
  2. Select General.

Catalog

The Catalog tab presents a comprehensive breakdown of the domain's inventory, comprising:

  • Number of Items
  • Departments
  • Categories
  • Subcategories
  • Brands
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Styles
  • Seasons
  • Customers
  • Users

This section gives a snapshot of the current inventory structure and essential details within the domain.

Operation Time

The Operation Time allows the view of the system's operational hours. This represents the working hours of the business. Default values are set from 12:00 am to 11:59:59 by default.

Configuring Operation Time

  • Access the backend to modify operational hours. Login to Console --> Settings --> Company Settings --> Operation Time
  • These settings determine the timeframe for POS reports, displaying transactions, sales, and activities specific to each account within the configured operational hours.

Transactions

The Transactions tab provides detailed transaction-related information, including:

  • Number of Transactions
  • Most Recent Sales Transaction #
  • Most Recent Refund Transaction #
  • Most Recent Exchange Transaction #
  • Last Synced Date & Time

This section offers insights into transaction volumes, recent sales, and other essential transaction-related data.

Offline Transactions

The Offline Transactions tab displays the count of transactions conducted offline. This section helps track transactions made during periods of network unavailability.
