Financial Reconciliation- Create Deposit Verification

The Deposit Verification feature enables users to create and modify deposit verifications within the console, facilitating the reconciliation of daily sales summaries against actual daily sales reports. Users can input information such as Date, Venue, Store, Register, and sales summary details to create a deposit verification, and enter amounts for various payment modes. These entered amounts update credit card totals, total card receipts, and total deposit. Saved verifications become part of the financial reconciliation process, searchable by venue, store, and register.

Getting Started

Navigate to FinancialDeposit Verification→ Create Deposit.

Create
Users can create a deposit verification by providing essential information such as Date, Venue, Store, Register, and sales summary details from the register for the specified date. This enable users to enter amounts for various payment modes in the deposit verification, including credit card, debit card, and gift card. Users should be able to save the deposit verification after entering all necessary information.

Search

A Search Tab is provided allowing users to input criteria such as venue, store, and register to find specific deposit verifications. Display a list of deposits matching the search criteria, showcasing details such as Date, Venue, Store, Register, and Total amount. Users can select a specific deposit from the search results to view additional details.

Allows users to modify details of selected deposits, including date, venue, store, register, and amounts for payment modes. Ensure that changes made to the deposit verification are saved and reflected in the financial reconciliation report. Utilizes user permissions to control access and determine who can create and modify deposit verifications.

Grid

The report grid data and filters, allowing users to group values as needed, it allows to edit the deposit.
