Reporting Groups

The Reporting Groups feature enables users to organize and manage groups based on venues, stores, or registers, facilitating focused data analysis. Users can create, view, edit, and delete reporting groups as needed.

Create a Reporting Group

  • Create a new reporting group by selecting the "Create" option.
  • Provide a unique name for the reporting group to ensure clarity and avoid duplication.
  • Choose the type of group: venue, store, or register.
  • Select the specific venues, stores, or registers to include in the reporting group.
  • Save the newly created reporting group.

Modify or Delete a Reporting Group

  • To modify an existing reporting group, select the "Edit" option.
  • Make the necessary changes to the group name, type, or associated venues, stores, or registers.
  • Save the modifications to update the reporting group.
  • If deleting a reporting group, select the "Delete" option.
  • Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the reporting group from the system.
  • When generating reports, select the reporting group(s) as a filter criterion.
  • Error messages will prompt users to provide a unique name if attempting to create a group with an existing name.
