EXO Checkout enhances the shopping experience by instantly scanning all merchandise using RFID technology, eliminating the need for manual barcode scanning. This reduces transaction times from minutes to seconds.
retailcloud offers in-built integration with EXO, Once the retailcloud POS is connected with the EXO self-checkout stations, you can simply place the bag with items on to the station, and the POS will create a cart and read all the RFID tags, and show it to the cart screen. Once items are added, you can proceed with the checkout as normal.
Getting Started
Navigate Setting→ Integrations → EXO
In the EXO Setup section, you will find the below input fields for the required to connect a EXO station.
- Register
- Client ID
- Station ID
- API Token
- Once you have entered all the necessary details, click the "Connect" button. The console will attempt to connect to EXO using the provided information.
- If the connection is successful, you will see a confirmation message that the connection has been established.
- Clicking on the "Disconnect" button, the console will disconnect from EXO. If the disconnection is successful, you will see a confirmation message that the connection has been disconnected.
