Implementing the Offline Report feature will address the challenge of tracking and analyzing offline transactions, providing merchants with comprehensive insights into their sales performance.
Navigate to Reports → Transaction Reports → Offline Transaction Report
Offline Transaction Details
The offline transaction report includes the following details
Venue: Location where the transaction occurred.
Store: Specific store within the venue.
Register: Register used for the transaction.
Transaction Number: Unique identifier for the transaction.
Type: Type of transaction (e.g., sale, refund, exchange).
Cashier: Name or identifier of the cashier processing the transaction.
Amount: Total amount of the transaction.
Paymode: Payment mode used for the transaction (e.g., cash, credit card).
Filter your Report
By default the report will the current date offline transactions, you can further filters the report by adding the filters such as:
- Date range
- Transaction Type
- Transaction Number
- Advance filters such as:
- Venue
- Store
- Register
- Reporting Group
- Register
Printing Reports
Users have the option to print reports on Console,
- Navigate to Reports and select the report

Select the Date Range that you wish to get the report for.

Select filters that are necessary for your report.
Note: Default Settings will create a Report with all the necessary information, but if you want a more detailed report, add or remove filters.
- Navigate to the
Print button on the top right corner of the screen, clicking on the button will show a popup window to choose the printing options.
- Make your selection and hit Print
