Check Details Report

This report provides a comprehensive overview of all check details currently recorded in the system. It includes information on each check's unique identifier, transaction number, processing status, date and time of processing, guest count, complimentary items, net sales amount, tax applied, recorded tip (if any), and the total payment due.

In Console, navigate Reports → Concession Reports Check Details Report

Report details

  • Check: This column displays the check number. Users can click on it to get order details for the check.

  • Transaction: This column displays the transaction number.
  • Status: This column displays the status of the check. 
  • Pay Status: This column displays the payment status. 
  • Server: This column displays the server that processed the check.
  • Date & Time: This column displays the date and time that the check was processed.
  • Guests: This column displays the number of guests associated with the check.
  • Comps: This column displays the number of complimentary items that were given to the guests.
  • Net Sales: This column displays the net sales amount of the check.
  • Tax: This column displays the amount of tax that was applied to the check.
  • Tip: This column displays the amount of tip that was included in the check.
  • Payment: This column displays the total amount of the check.

Note: The "Show Open Orders" toggle on the upper right hand of the page is to show unpaid check details.

Printing Reports

Users have the option to print reports on Console, 

  1. Navigate to Reports and select the report
  2. Select the Date Range that you wish to get the report for.

  3. Select filters that are necessary for your report. 

    Note: Default Settings will create a Report with all the necessary information, but if you want a more detailed report, add or remove filters. 

  4. Navigate to the Screenshot_2023-01-21_at_5.00.44_PM.pngPrint button on the top right corner of the screen, clicking on the button will show a popup window to choose the printing options.
  5. Make your selection and hit Print
