About City Pay
St. Louis City SC is an American professional men's soccer club based in St. Louis, Missouri. They compete in Major League Soccer(MLS) as a member of the Western Conference and joined in 2023 as an expansion team.
The St. Louis CITY SC mobile app is a one-stop shop that keeps fans connected to the club. For specific ticket holders, CITY has loaded the ticket with funds that fans may be able to use at any Food and Beverage Concession at CITYPARK (Stadium). When patrons order or pay through the CITY App, their myCITY+ 10% discount is automatically applied.

How Does it Work on POS?
Logging into ZeroPOS
- Open the ZeroPOS application on your device.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click the "Login" button to access the ZeroPOS system.
Adding Items to the Cart
You can add items to the cart in three different ways:
Quick Picks
- Navigate to the "Transaction" tab.
- Select items from the Quick Picks menu.
Scan
- Use the barcode scanner connected to ZeroPOS.
- Scan the barcode of each item to add it to the cart.
Search
- Navigate to the "Transaction" tab.
- Use the Search bar to find items by name or SKU.
- Click on the desired items to add them to the cart.
Generating a QR Code for City Pay
- Ensure all desired items are added to the transaction cart.
- On the transaction cart screen, locate the "City Pay" tender button labeled “APP”.
- Click the “APP” button. This will generate a QR code and display it on the screen.
Completing the Transaction with the City App
- Patrons should open their City App on their mobile devices.
- They need to use the City App to scan the QR code displayed on the ZeroPOS screen.
- The customer will then complete the payment process within their City App.
Finalizing the Transaction
- Once the customer has completed the payment on their device, the ZeroPOS will automatically process the transaction.
- A receipt will be printed out confirming the completion of the transaction.
