POS system allows customers to conveniently donate to a selected charity during their checkout. This option can be fully managed from the console, enabling businesses to customize the donation process seamlessly.
Users can enable or disable the donation feature with a simple toggle. Once enabled, you can set up predefined round-up amounts, allowing customers to select a preset amount to add to their total during checkout. You can set three predefined round-up amounts, which customers can add to their bill to support a cause. These options offer flexibility and encourage donations without impacting transaction flow.
Users can provide the name of the supported charity and include a description of up to 250 characters from the console. This description is visible on the POS, giving customers insight into the cause they’re supporting. Users have the option to upload a charity logo, creating a more engaging and visually cohesive experience during checkout.
All details configured in the console, such as charity name, description, and round-up values, will be displayed to customers on the POS during checkout. This feature makes it easy to promote charitable contributions while giving customers a streamlined, transparent way to donate.
