Cycle Count Reporting Overview

The Cycle Count Reporting feature in the i360 Pro app is designed to help users manage and track inventory cycle counts efficiently. By default, the overview displays all cycle counts conducted within the last 30 days, but users can adjust the date range to view all cycle counts completed in their selected timeframe.

Key Features

  1. Comprehensive Reporting
    The overview displays all cycle counts created within the last 30 days, offering a centralized location for users to monitor and review inventory activities.

  2. Filtering and Searching
    Users can easily narrow down the list of cycle counts using several filtering options:

    • Date Range: Focus on cycle counts conducted during a specific time frame.
    • Project Status: Quickly identify Open, Scan Completed, Closed and Archived projects.
    • Location: View counts specific to a warehouse or store location.

    Additionally, a search bar allows users to locate a specific project by its name or other related details.

  3. Essential Project Details
    For each cycle count, the following information is readily available:

    • Project Name: The name of the cycle count project.
    • Date of Creation: Know when the cycle count was initiated.
    • Status: Current status of the project (Open, Scan Completed, Closed, Archived).
    • Criteria: Criteria used for the cycle count.
    • Location: Business location where the cycle count was performed.
    • User: See which User conducted the count.
    • Total Scans: Check the number of scans recorded during the project.
    • Final Adjusted Quantity: Represents the total quantity after manual adjustments.
    • Expected Quantity: The expected number of items counted
    • Progress Bar: A visual indicator showing the completion percentage of the cycle count.

The Cycle Count Reporting feature is designed to help users access, review, and manage inventory cycle counts efficiently, focusing on ease of use and quick access to relevant data.
