Metrics Included
The Below details are displayed against the events handled by each employee, offering insights into their individual contributions and performance.
- Employee Name: Name of the employee.
- Store: Name of the store where the transactions occurred.
- Venue: Name of the venue associated with the transaction.
- Event: Name of the event linked to the sales data.
- Item ID: Unique identifier of the item.
- UPC: Universal Product Code of the item.
- Item Name: Name of the item sold or returned.
- Cost Price: Cost price of the item.
- Selling Price: Selling price of the item.
- Team: Team associated with the item or employee.
- Total Hours Worked: Total number of hours worked by the employee.
- Transactions: The total number of sales transactions processed by the employee.
- Discount Transactions: The number of transactions involving discounts.
- Refund Transactions: The number of refunded transactions.
- Units Sold: Total number of units sold by the employee (calculated when they are logged into the POS).
- UPT (Units Per Transaction): The average number of units sold per transaction.
- Units Returned: Total number of units returned by the employee.
- Transaction Amount: Total sales amount handled by the employee.
- ADS (Average Sales per Day): Calculated as Total Sales ÷ Number of Days.
- Discount Amount: The difference between the original retail price and the discounted price.
- Refund Amount: Total amount refunded, including sales tax.
