Improved Inventory Operations with Real-Time Processing Status

Improved inventory operations with real-time processing status to prevent duplication during inventory operations like Merchandise Receiving, Inventory Transfer, Inventory Adjustment and ensure that even if there’s a delay or error in response, the operation will not be processed multiple times.

Initiating an operation will display a success message: “Transfer/Adjustment/Receive/Commit/Error Initiated”. A status indicator will show whether the operation has been completed.

After clicking on an inventory operation (e.g., transfer, receive, adjust, initiate, commit, error), the system will redirect to the initial grid page where the action button will gray out while the process is in progress. This ensures users know the system is actively working on their request and prevents accidental repeated clicks.

When hovering over the grayed-out button, the following message will appear: “Transaction is processing, please check after some time…”. This message provides clear feedback to users about the ongoing operation status.

These updates ensure inventory operations are more efficient and reliable, keeping your stock levels accurate and your workflow seamless.

Merchandise Receiving: Previously, after initiating merchandise receiving and saving, the receipt page would automatically pop up for viewing and downloading.

With this update, once merchandise receiving is initiated, the system will redirect to the initial grid page, where the receiving action will appear grayed out.

Only once the process is complete, the receipt icon will become active for downloading. The receipt icon in the grid will remain disabled until the operation is fully completed. This ensures that receipts are only generated for completed transactions, avoiding confusion or errors.
