  1. Apply filters for Venue, Location (Warehouse/Store), Category, and Vendor.
  2. Click the Export button.
  3. The system generates the report based on the selected filters and sorting order.
  4. The report is downloaded as a CSV file.
  5. If no filters are selected, the system will generate a consolidated report containing data across all venues, warehouses, categories, and vendors.

Newly created items, entitlement rules, and store order activity are reflected correctly, without requiring unnecessary receiving steps. The newly created items show up right away, even if they haven’t been received yet.

Items now appear in the report only if they are entitled to the selected location.

  • Venue entitlement is mandatory for an item to appear.

  • Store entitlement is enforced when a store is selected.

  • Vendor and Category filters apply only after entitlement rules are satisfied.

  • If an item is not entitled to a venue or store, it will never appear, even if it matches the selected vendor or category.

This ensures the report reflects only items that are actually valid for the selected location.

This feature gives you complete control over your inventory reporting, ensuring you can easily track stock levels and identify any potential shortages.
