The Jonas Item Import simplifies data entry for your inventory by allowing you to upload a single CSV file to manage both item creation and merchandise receiving.
This tool is designed to save you time and effort by enabling bulk updates and entries for inventory management. It helps you create new items in your inventory, update existing items with new stock levels, manage vendor and location-specific details efficiently.
Go to Utilities → Import → Inventory → Jonas Item Import
Download the sample CSV file to see the required format. Open the sample file in a spreadsheet editor (e.g., Excel) and fill in the relevant details. Save your updated file in the same CSV format. Return to the Jonas Item Import page, upload your file, and click Import.
