The Bin Location Report helps users track inventory levels and item storage across venues, stores, or warehouses. This report provides detailed insights into where items are stored, helping with inventory management and organization.
How to Access the Bin Location Report
- Navigate to Reports >> Bin Location Report.
- Apply filters to customize the report:
- UPC Range: Enter a range of UPCs (Universal Product Codes) to refine results.
- Venue, Store, or Warehouse: Select the location to track inventory.
- Bin Status: Select "Assigned" (by default, assigned will be selected) or "Unassigned" bin status to track the item if it have bin assigned or not.
- Bin Location: Specify a particular bin to filter items.
- Click Search to generate the report.
Report Details
The generated report displays key inventory details, including:
- Item ID: Unique identifier for the item.
- UPC: The item's Universal Product Code.
- Additonal UPCs: Additional UPC of item.
- Description: Item name or description.
- Bin: Assigned Bin Name of that item.
- Bin Location: Storage location of the item.
- QOH: Total quantity on hand of the item.
- Assigned Quantity: Assigned item quantity to the bin (this option will be visible only if the filter Bin Status = Assigned)
- Unassigned Quantity: Unassigned item quantity to the bin (this option will be visible only if the filter Bin Status = Unassigned)
- Department: Department associated with the item.
- Category & Subcategory: Item classification for better organization.
- Location Type: Location Type of the Bin
- Location: Location of the Bin
Export Options
Users can export the report in CSV or PDF formats for easy record-keeping and analysis.
This report ensures efficient inventory tracking and helps in optimizing warehouse management.
