A picklist is an essential document used in warehouse operations to streamline the picking process. It provides warehouse pickers with a detailed list of items and their required quantities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
Picklist View in Inventory Transfers
To enhance warehouse operations, we are introducing a new feature that allows merchants to generate a picklist directly from the Inventory Transfer Screen. This feature enables users to create a structured picklist before committing an inventory transfer or store order.
How to Access the Picklist View
Merchants can now create a picklist from the Inventory Commit Screen by clicking on the View Picklist button. This option is available on the Summary Page before a transfer/store order is committed or Errored.
Customization Options for the Picklist
Users can customize their picklist based on the following options:
- Location Selection:
- Source Location: Lists items from the originating warehouse.
- Destination Location: Lists items for the receiving warehouse.
- View Type Selection:
- Bin View: Organizes items based on their bin locations within the warehouse.
- Item View: Lists items by SKU or item name for easy identification.
Once the desired selections are made, users can download the Picklist as a PDF. This document serves as a guide for warehouse staff to efficiently pick the required items.
User can view the details such as Transfer Initiated By, Source Location, Destination Location, Group By (Bin, Item), Order Date, Picklist Transfer Number, Item details like Item Name, UPC, Size, Color, Brand, Available Qty, Total Needed, Picked with Date Picked, Picked By, Notes field when clicked on View Picklist.

By implementing this feature, warehouse pickers can:
- Quickly identify items that need to be picked.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by following the picklist.
- Reduce errors in the inventory transfer process.
