The Sales by Store Report is a newly introduced custom report that provides deeper insights into sales performance by breaking down data at the store level within each venue.
The Sales by Store Report is a custom report designed to give users store-level visibility into sales activity within each venue.
It provides detailed transaction and item-level data, grouped by Venue and Store, enabling more precise analysis and better decision-making.
This report is built on the same structure as the existing Sales by Venue Report but introduces store-level granularity.
- Sales are grouped first by Venue, then by Store.
- Each row represents one transaction/item with complete sales information.
- Flexible filtering by date range, venue, store, and department.
Navigate to Custom Reports in the menu:
Select Sales by Store Report.

Apply filters as needed (date range, venue, store, department).
Run the report to view results on screen.
Use the Export option to download the data in CSV format.

The following fields are included in the report output:
Venue
Store
Transaction #
UPC
Item ID
Department
Description
Event
Unit Cost
Retail Price
Units Sold
Discount Amount
Extended Cost (Unit Cost × Units Sold)
Retail Sales ((Retail Price × Units Sold) – Discount Amount)
Tax Amount
Total Sales (Retail Sales + Tax Amount)
Transaction Date
Filters
You can narrow down the report data using the following filters:
Date Range (start and end date)
Venue (multi-select)
Store (multi-select)
Department (optional)
Additionally, you can enter an email address to receive the exported report file directly in your inbox. Reports can be exported in CSV format.
