Businesses that understand and respond to their customer’s  needs always outperform those that don’t. This feature of the app allows the business owner to get notified about their customer feedback or ratings. Merchants can easily analyse feedback and plan for improvements.

To get notifications on the app, activate feedback on pos or digital receipts.  

  1. Click on the Feedback tab at the bottom of the home screen. 
  2. Customer feedback rating will be listed based on High or Low rating  
  3. Click on a particular customer to view the details such as Rating Points, Customer No, Transaction No and Source.
