This feature allows to create and edit Users/ Employees and reset the password/pin through the nGauge application.
How to Add a New User?
- Navigate to the 'Settings' (3 bars) at the top of the home screen.
- Select 'User', which leads to the User page.
- Click on the '+ ' sign to add a new user.
- Enter the user details in the fields provided.
Name : Enter the Name of User/Employee
User Name : Enter the User Name of User/Employee
Password : Enter the Password for User/Employee
Confirm Password : Re-enter the password to confirm.
Email : Enter the user's email address.
PIN : Enter the 4-10 digit PIN for User/Employee
Role : Select the employees role from the drop-down box.
- Click 'Add'.
How to Edit a User/Employee ?
- Navigate to the 'Settings' (3 bars) at the top of the home screen.
- Select 'User', which leads to the User page.
- Enter the username in the search field provided and click on the 'arrow' to proceed.
- Select the user you want to edit from the list.
Name : Edit the Name of User/Employee
User Name : Edit the User Name of User/Employee
Email : Enter the user's email address.
Click on the 'Change Password' tab to reset the user password.
Password : Enter the Password for User/Employee
Confirm Password : Re enter the password to confirm.
Click on the 'PIN' tab to reset the user pin.
PIN : Enter the 4-10 digit PIN for User/Employee
Click 'Save'
