Tablet - Quick Pick
Quick Pick function on the tablet. This is used by merchants with lots of merchandise that sells out quickly and also lots of items that have multiple sizes. This is also used if your item does not have a barcode. You can have the POS display either of the 2 quickpicks
- Quickpick 1.0
- Quickpick 2.0 (Console)
By default, the quick pick 2.0 will be enabled for new users.
Note: All Items tab displays the total items you have on the account.
Details:
Quick Pick 1.0 is configured on POS, you can configure quick picks by items and it will show you items but you can also configure it by Attributes or Classifications.
Once logged in go to the Transaction screen and select the button on the top right that has 9 dots.
Once pressed it will bring up all your Quick Pick you configured on POS.
Now you are able to select them and add them to your transaction.
Quickpick 2.0 is configured from the Console. Go to Settings → General Settings → QuickPicks

Items, Attributes, Classifications, Products, Collections, and Subcollections can be added to a quick pick.
Collections & Subcollections
Quickpick Collections are the primary way to group products with similar features. It offers the ability to group selected products together on a quick pick page.
We can have a menu tab with Collections which further group the Collections into Sub collections.
- A menu tab can have multiple Collections, multiple Items/Attributes/Classifications/Products
- A Collection tab can have multiple Sub Collections, multiple Items/Attributes/Classifications
- A Sub Collection tab can have multiple Items/Attributes/Classifications

Hold and force press an item from the list and you will see a delete icon and you can remove it from the menu.
Note : Deleting an item or attribute will never delete the product from the system, It will be just taken off from the menu.

For the menu items which is temporarily unavailable, you can let the guests know that the item is no longer available.
- Long-press on a quick pick item to view more options.
- Click on 'Sold Out' to make the item unavailable. This will instantly get updated, where the item will be greyed out with a Sold out tag on it.
- To make the item back available, long press on the item --> Make Available.
