How to check Quantity On Hand on ZeroPOS?

In order to effectively manage inventory and provide accurate information to customers, it is essential for a POS system to have the capability to view the Quantity On Hand of Items. This document outlines the steps for a store to view the QOH of items in the current store and in other stores:

1. Click on the 'Item' tab from the ZeroPOS home screen.
2. Select the item from the Department/Category/Subcategory listed or Search for the item in the search field provided.
3. Click on the item to view item details.
4. The Quantity of the Item will be displayed on this screen. To adjust the quantity, click on the "Adjust QOH" button and enter the value (final quantity) and hit 'Adjust'.
5. To view the QOH of the item in other locations (stores)or warehouses, click on the 'View QOH' button.
6. The pop-up will have all the stores/warehouses listed with their current quantity on hand.

By following these steps, you can view the Quantity On Hand of items in multiple locations. This functionality empowers your staff to provide accurate inventory information to customers, optimize stock management, and enhance overall efficiency in your business operations.
