The Extended Transaction Export is a new custom report that gives you a detailed look at your transaction history. It improves upon the standard system export by adding two important pieces of information: how the customer paid and any specific comments attached to their profile.
It also allows you to export data for a longer period—up to 31 days at a time—so you can pull a full month of data in a single file.
Why use this report?
Use this report if you need to:
See Payment Details: Clearly identify if a transaction was paid by Cash, Card, Gift Card, or a Custom Payment type.
View Customer Notes: See any comments or tags associated with the customer that were previously hidden.
Save Time: Export a full month of transactions at once, instead of running weekly reports and combining them manually.

What’s new in this report?
This report includes all the standard transaction details you are used to, plus these two new columns:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Tender Type | Shows exactly how the payment was made. This is especially helpful for spotting "Custom Tenders" versus standard Cash or Card payments. |
| Customer Comments | Displays any notes, tags, or IDs saved in the customer's profile that are attached to the transaction. |
