Shareable Link in Events

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Events' section.

From the main console dashboard, locate and click on the 'Events' option in the left navigation sidebar to view a list of all events.

Step 2: Select the desired event.

In the 'Events' list, identify the specific event for which you want to generate a shareable link. Click on the event's row or a related action to access its details. In this case, clicking on the event with ID '92' navigates to its settlement details.

Step 3: Access the 'Create Shareable Link' option.

Once viewing the event's settlement details, locate the options menu (often represented by three vertical dots or an ellipsis icon). Click on this menu to reveal a dropdown list of actions. Select 'Create Shareable Link' from this list.

Step 4: Open the 'Create Shareable Link' modal.

Upon selecting 'Create Shareable Link', a modal window will appear on the screen, titled 'Create Shareable Link'.

Merchants can choose which sections the recipient can access from the "Access Permission" option. 

By default, all four options given below will be selected. At least one permission must be selected before the invitation can be sent.

  • Dashboard: Allows user to view event-level dashboard information
  • Counts: To view item count details
  • Reports: To view the reporting data
  • Catalog: Allows users to manage their product catalog directly. This includes:
    • Uploading item files using AtVenu PDF Import
    • importing catalogs using CSV Imports
    • and manually creating items using console item form

This modal contains fields for generating and sending the link.

Step 5: Enter recipient email addresses.

Click into the "Email Addresses" field and type the email address of the person or people you wish to send the shareable link to. User can enter multiple email addresses in this field.

Step 6: Send Invitation.

Once access permissions and email addresses are configured:

  • the system generates a secure scoped link,
  • sends an invitation email,
  • and includes a 4-digit PIN for security verification

Shareable Link in Artist

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Artist' section.

Step 2: Select the desired artist and location Create Shareable Link button in the top right corner.

Upon selecting 'Create Shareable Link', a modal window will appear on the screen, titled 'Create Shareable Link'.

From Artist Page, user must select an event tied to the artist to continue.

Merchants can choose which sections the recipient can access from the "Access Permission" option.
