The JPMorgan Chase integration allows merchants to process secure card payments directly through POS using supported JPMorgan Chase payment terminals. The integration supports the complete payment lifecycle, including sales, refunds, voids, gift card transactions, batch settlement, receipt printing, and payment recovery.
The JPMorgan Chase integration supports the following transaction types and payment features:
- Credit and Debit Card Sales
- Split Tender Payments
- Void Transactions
- Full and Partial Linked Refunds
- Unlinked Refunds
- Card Type Discounts
- Gift Card Payments
- Gift Card Number Reading
- Manual Card Entry
- Payment Recovery
- Receipt Printing and Reprinting
- Batch Close Settlement
Configuring JPMorgan Chase in Console
Before using the payment terminal in ZeroPOS, the terminal must first be configured in Console.
Navigate to:
Settings → Payment Settings → Payment Processor → JPMorgan Chase
Configure the following information for each register:
Store Name: Choose the Store for mapping
- Register: Register under the store selected
- Terminal ID: Unique identifier assigned to the payment terminal
- IP Address: IP address of the payment terminal
- Port: Communication port used by the terminal
Save the configuration once all details have been entered.
Configuring JPMorgan Chase in ZeroPOS
After completing the Console configuration:
Navigate to:
Configuration → Hardware → MSR
Select:
JPMorgan Chase (JPMC)
Once selected, ZeroPOS will communicate directly with the configured JPMorgan Chase payment terminal for payment processing.
By connecting a JPMorgan Chase terminal to ZeroPOS, merchants can process card-present transactions while maintaining secure payment handling and streamlined transaction management.
