Signup for Loyalty Program from POS

SMS Sign Up

Allow customers to sign up for your loyalty program via SMS. In-store and online signups represent the most common options, but why not allow potential customers to sign up via SMS text messaging? It's an easy way to target impulse memberships among your audience.

SMS loyalty programs are an inexpensive way for retailers to keep customers coming back. Here’s how it works:

1. Customers sign up in-store by giving their numbers while checkout from the POS
2. Customers get an SMS with a link to enroll in Loyalty Program
3. You start sending SMS messages with loyalty rewards & campaigns
4. Customers get an automated text message when they earn points or rewards, keeping them up to date and your business top of mind.
5. Customers come back more frequently to redeem the rewards

That’s it! There is nothing complicated about it, and it works.

How Does It work?

1. Login to POS
2. Do a sale, refund, or an exchange transaction
3. Once the transaction is completed, an SMS option is visible on the Checkout screen.
4. Enter the customer's mobile number and proceed with checkout.
5. Customers receive the Transaction Receipt as an SMS on the entered mobile number with a link to enroll in Loyalty Program
6.                                                            
7. Click on the enrollment URL, enter the details and click 'JOIN NOW' to enroll.

This makes it REALLY EASY for customers to register.

Once customers have opted in to receive Text Marketing, we will automatically send Birthday Campaigns, Discounts, and offers Campaigns as configured from the backend. Merchants can also log into their portal(Console) and send broadcast text messages.

QR Code Sign Up

Customers can also enroll in the loyalty program by scanning the QR Code displayed on the Customer Display Screen(CDS)

From POS, go to Configuration → CDS → Promotional QR → Click on the 'Set to Customer Display'

• QR code is displayed on the second screen when an item is added to the cart
• Loyalty points for the customer are displayed when the customer is attached to the transaction.

Scan the QR code to navigate to the enrollment page, enter the details, and hit JOIN NOW to complete the enrollment.
