Set up and manage your text marketing account here. Set the from address as a special code or phone number and allocate the number to a specific category like marketing, transactional, or general.
Login to Console --> Settings --> Integrations --> Text Marketing
Click on the Create button to set up the text marketing account.
An account will be created and the setup page will display the Provider Name and Account ID for the same.
Setup Welcome SMS when a Customer Enrolls
You can enable or disable the welcome email/SMS whenever a customer gets enrolled in loyalty and marketing.
Enter the welcome message you want to send to newly enrolled customers in the text field provided and hit Save.

Setup Gratitude Message after First Purchase
You can enable or disable the gratitude SMS whenever a customer gets enrolled in loyalty and marketing and makes his/her first purchase.
Enter the message you want to send to the customers in the text field provided and hit Save.
Setup Birthday Greetings SMS for Enrolled Customers
Birthdays provide the perfect reason to contact existing customers and make them feel valued. A birthday reward is a real treat for customers and may entice them to spend more than they usually would when purchasing from your business.
You can enable or disable the greeting SMS sent to a customer who gets enrolled in loyalty and marketing.
Enter the welcome message you want to send to customers in the text field provided and hit Save.
Example:
Happy birthday to you, [Name]! Celebrate this special day with a $10 voucher to spend in-store. Simply show this text at checkout. Redeem within 30 days.
Birthday Points
You can configure the points customers earn on their birthday and notify them about the birthday points prior to their birthday.
Specify the number of points a customer should earn on their birthday.
Define when customers should be notified about their upcoming birthday points.
With the ability to configure birthday points, you can engage customers on their special day, boosting customer loyalty and satisfaction.
