Excluding Service Items from Reports

On Console Sales Reports (Sales By Item & Sales By Department) you have the option to include or exclude the service items in order to reduce any superfluous data from clogging up your reports.

By default, service items will be included in the reports. If you wish to not see the service items you can check the Exclude Service Item checkbox.

1. Login to Console
2. Navigate to menu --> Reports --> Sales Reports --> Sales By Item Report.
3. Check/Uncheck to Exclude/Include the service items on the reports
