Account Posting Export section under Utilities → Export is introduced to enhance financial reconciliation and auditability. This update allows users to export data for Vouchers and Receiving Adjustments seamlessly, providing better visibility into account postings.
Users can toggle between Voucher and Receiving Adjustments. The export provides detailed insights for both vouchers and receiving adjustments, improving reconciliation processes.
Filters allow users to refine the export based on time period and vendor before generating the file and send to the email.
Apply Filters:
Date Range: Select the Start Date and End Date for the report.
Vendor: Use the vendor filter to narrow down the report.
Enter your email address where the completed report will be sent.
Click Export to generate the report. Once the process is completed, a status update will be sent to the provided email address.
Voucher
Utilities → Export → Account Posting Export → Voucher
Users can export vouchers by filtering them based on the Vendor with a Time period. Once the desired vouchers are filtered, they can be sent via email directly from the system. This feature makes it easy to share voucher details efficiently (for more information - Voucher).
Receiving Adjustments
Utilities → Export → Account Posting Export → Receiving Adjustment
The Receiving Adjustment Export tracks and documents changes made to receiving records. It captures both the original receiving entry and any subsequent modifications, allowing users to compare the initial Inventory Postings with adjustments and Receiving Adjustment Posting process. This export helps track modifications made to receiving transactions, ensuring all adjustments are properly recorded.
The report includes the following details for each item:
Modified Receiving Details:
- Receiving Modification Number – Unique ID for each modification.
- Modification Date – Date when the modification was made.
- Location – Store or warehouse where the receiving was modified.
- Vendor Code – Vendor identification number.
- Vendor Name – Name of the vendor associated with the receiving.
- Modified By – User who made the modification.
- Modified Amount – The value of the change in receiving.
- Modification Posted Date – The date when the modification was posted.
Original Receiving Details:
- Receiving Number – Unique identifier for the original receiving entry.
- Receiving Date – Date when the original receiving was created.
- Received By – User who initially recorded the receiving.
- Received Amount – The amount recorded in the initial receiving entry.
- Receiving Posted Date – Date when the original receiving was posted.
- PO Number – The purchase order number associated with the receiving.
- Vendor – The vendor linked to the receiving entry.

Posting Flag:
- "Posted After Modification" – If a receiving was modified before it was posted via Inventory Posting, this flag is applied.
- "Posted Before Modification" – If a receiving was originally posted via Inventory Posting, later modified, and then re-posted via Adjustment Posting, this flag is applied.
