Installation
Follow the instructions to install the application on your smartphone:
Note: Before downloading the application file and installing it on your phone, ensure that the phone is set up to allow installation from unknown sources.
To install the mInventory on Android device :
- Open Google Play Store and search for the mInventory app.
- Tap the Install button.
- Tap the Accept & download button to accept any terms.
- Tap on the mInventory app icon to open the application.
Some mobile phones might start asking you directly to install the app so you don’t need to go to the app drawer and click Downloads to search the file there.
To install the mInventory on the iOS device :
- Open the App Store and search for the mInventory app.
- Tap on the ‘Get’ button to install.
- Go back to the home screen.
- Tap the mInventory app icon to open the application.
The application icon will be displayed on the home screen after the installation process.
Registration
To access the application the user has to register with retailcloud and then log in to their account.
Username : Enter the username supplied on your welcome letter (email). If you have not created a merchant account, select Sign Up to start the sign-up process.
Password : Enter the password supplied in your welcome letter.
Company Code : Enter the Company Code supplied in your welcome letter. This is usually the name of your business.
Licensed Register : Enter the Licensed Register supplied in your welcome letter.
Register Screen
Login
Login to the device, using your username and password for your domain.
Username : Enter the username supplied on your welcome letter (email). If you have not created a merchant account, select Sign Up to start the sign-up process.
Password : Enter the password supplied in your welcome letter.
Home Screen
The home screen of the application will be displayed soon after the user has logged in. The screen includes :
