Inventory Count


Inventory Count is used for doing cycle counts of a full inventory. Scan the items one at a time or add them in bulk.

To start a counting  process follow the below steps  :

  1. Click the 'Inventory Count’' button from the home screen. 
  2. To add a new project click the “count” symbol on the screen. 
  3. Enter 
  • Project Name 
  • Count Date 
  • Location type 
  • Location 
  • Employee 
  • Notes 
  1. Click ‘Save’ . Product Scan screen appears. 
  2. Select the scanner icon (Black) for Regular Scan or scanner icon (Red) for Rapid Scan. 
  3. Or manually enter the barcode and count fields. 
  4. Click ‘Save’.

Edit a Project

To update a project follow the steps below :

  1. Click the 'Inventory Count’' button from the home screen. 
  2. Select the project from the list. 
  3. Edit the fields if required. 
  4. Click on the (+) sign at the bottom right-hand corner to add items manually or scanner sign to scan items. 
  5. Click on the item to change the quantity by clicking on (+ ) or (-
  6. To go back to the project list tap on the ‘Project’ icon. 
  7. Click on the ‘Export Adjustment’ icon to export your adjustment through Gmail, copy to clipboard or save it to your Google Drive which can be further updated on CAS (management portal). 
  1. Click on the ‘Rapid Adjustment’ icon to adjust the inventory quantity on the go and it will display a confirmation success message.
  2. Click on the ‘Status’ icon to update any notes and select current project status as : 
  • Cancel 
  • In progress 
  • Completed
  1. Click ‘Save’.
