Introduction
If you are purchasing an item that allows for specific personalization, it is designated as a "Customize to Order" (CTO) item. This guide explains how to select and define your custom options.
Steps for Ordering a CTO Item
- Select the Customizable Item: In the Point of Sale (POS) system, locate and select the item you wish to customize. Customizable items are indicated by the presence of a 'C' option on the item itself.
- Confirm Customization: When the item is clicked, a pop-up message will appear asking for customization confirmation. Click "Yes" to continue with the process.

Enter Customer and Shipping Details: Before specifying the customization details, you must enter the necessary Customer Details and Shipping Details.
- Note: The Customer Name and Phone Number are mandatory fields that must be entered.
- User can enter and manage country codes directly in the CTO customization screen for more precise configuration.
- Choose Customization Options: A pop-up will open showing the available options for customizing the item. You can choose various options as set from Console
- Add to Cart: Once all customization options are selected, click "Add To Cart" to finalize the custom item and add it to your transaction.
Modifying a CTO Item
If you need to make changes to a customizable item already in your cart, simply long press on the cart item and click Edit Options.
Merchants can configure restricted jersey numbers, profanity and blacklisted words directly from the console.
