Go to Settings → General Settings → QuickPicks
This is used by merchants with lots of merchandise that sells out quickly and also lots of items that have multiple sizes. This is also used if your item does not have a barcode.
Quickpick Organization with 4-Level Hierarchy
We can have a menu tab with Items, Attributes, products, and Collections that further group the Collections into Sub collections.
- A menu tab can have multiple Items/Attributes/Classifications/Products/Collections.
- A Collection tab can have multiple Sub Collections, multiple Items/Attributes/Classifications
- A Sub Collection tab can have multiple Items/Attributes/Classifications
Create QuickPicks
To create a quick pick follow the steps below :
Go to Settings → General Settings → QuickPicks → QuickPick Menu
- Click on the Create button
- Enter a QuickPick name
- Select the Location from the dropdown menu to which the QuickPick has to be assigned.

- ALL: This will encompass enterprise-wide application, affecting all registers within the domain.
- Venue: This selection applies to the chosen venue.
- Store: This pertains to the selected store.
- Register: This specifically applies to the chosen register.
- Events: This selection applies to the chosen events.
- Click ‘Create’.
Simply select the Quick Pick and choose multiple locations from the list to apply changes across all selected entities.
Users can easily edit or remove Quick Picks from multiple locations in one step, ensuring quick and seamless updates.
Quickpick Pages/Tabs
Each QuickPick page can have a Name, Description, Sequence Number, and Color of your choice. You can create as many labels as needed and add as many items under each label as needed.
Name: Enter a name for the QuickPick
Description: Enter a description for the QuickPick
Sequence Number: Select the sequence order for the QuickPick
Color: Select a color for the QuickPick from inbuilt colors. Users can customize the color needed.
Image: Drag & drop an image or browse an image to upload
Timing: Set the Start & End Time for the quick pick tab to be displayed. Default is set to ALL DAY
Adding Items to QuickPicks
Once the QuickPick pages/tabs are created you can now add items to it.
- Navigate to the QuickPick tab.
- Click on the ' ➕ ' sign under the QuickPick button.
- Item-wise and Attribute-wise products will be listed. The Add Item tab displays the entire item list whereas The ‘Add Attribute’ tab displays items by Department, Category, Sub Category, Brand, Color, Size, and Season. You can also search for the items in the search field provided.
- Select the products from the list for the QuickPick
- Click ‘Add’.
The selected items will be added to the QuickPick. Each page can have a custom color to give the cashier an easy visual.

Attaching Collection to Quickpick
Go to Settings → General Settings → QuickPicks → QuickPick Menu
- Select the Menu
- Navigate to the QuickPick tab.
- Click on the ' ➕ ' sign under the QuickPick button.
- Go to the Add Collection tab. You can also search for the items in the search field provided.
- Select the collection from the list for the QuickPick
- Click ‘Add’.
Adding a Collection will automatically add the Sub Collection attached to it.
Quickpick Sequence
If in case, you want to change the order so your desired quick pick items/buttons show up first, you can set the sequence of the quick pick here. Learn how to access the buttons, change the order of the quick pick items, remove a button, and much more.
To modify the item sequence:
- Find the item you wish to update and navigate to the Sequence Number displayed on the item.
- Click on the number to modify the sequence. Once selected the field will be editable.
- You can enter the sequence number on which you want the current item to be changed and hit Save.
Update/Delete a QuickPick Menu Page
To remove a particular QuickPick page/tab, select the tab and click Delete Button. Deleting an item or attribute will never delete the product from the system, It will just be taken off from the menu.
To edit a particular QuickPick page/tab, select the tab and click Edit Button, which will take you to edit page, make your update and save.
Duplicate QuickPicks: Quickly create a copy of an existing Quick Pick for easy modifications. Click the Duplicate option. A new Quick Pick is created with the same settings and products and edit the duplicated Quick Pick as needed.
